Ranging from full service to "take and bake" our food is carefully prepared with your catering needs in mind. Our full service options include onsite staff to serve and clean up during and after the event. There are other options that allow for delivery and set up of a buffet leaving and picking up equipment or using disposable equipment. Finally, you can pick up food to be served or reheated and served for your convenience that has been placed on platters.

A scheduled meeting to discuss an event details and dietary needs. This helps to decide menu wants and needs as well as budget for the event. Upon the conclusion of the conversation suggested menus and invoices/contracts will be distributed to the appropriate parties. Please ensure you are prepared to provide contact information for the decision makers following the conclusion of the consultation; if they are not present. Consultation can be scheduled via phone, zoom, or at a public location. A cancellation fee applies with this appointment if it is not cancelled within 48 hours.

This is an additional meeting following the Initial consultation. This may or may not include samples which may be an additional cost if requested.
Continental Breakfast includes bagels, breakfast pastries, toast or biscuits with fresh fruit, oatmeal and juice, water, tea or coffee. Breakfast buffets can include the above items and add eggs, oatmeal, grits, breakfast meats and other assorted breakfast items.
This includes 1 or more proteins and various vegetable preparations with starch and salad if desired. Drinks, Rolls and desserts are available upon request for additional fee. Contact us for possible non profit discount consideration.
